Ülo Pikkov wins Young Documentarian award

The DocPoint Tallinn documentary festival has given its annual Young Documentarian award for Ülo Pikkov for his brave experiments with form and the organic symbiosis of animation and documentary in his work. The festival also premiered his new short film The Tortoise and the Hare.
